Thanksgiving is traditionally the Superbowl of cooking. There will be an array of dishes that will be prepared and served. Each that could possibly have its own wine that could pair perfectly with it. This year opt for an all-around wine that will go with everything. We suggest pairing your Thanksgiving dinner with a “well rounded” wine. For our white wine lovers, you can’t go wrong with a semi-dry or semi-sweet Riesling. If you are a red wine lover, like us, you will want to go with a Pinot Noir. Make sure that it is a light-bodied and not too oaky. Let us know which wine you will be pouring up at your Thanksgiving this week.
